Allison is a Registered Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience working in both the healthcare and education sectors. Since starting her career working in inpatient mental health and addictions, Allison has held roles with the OMA’s Physician Health Program, and most recently as Director and Clinical Supervisor for an interdisciplinary health team. Allison draws from a wide variety of clinical approaches to support clients as they navigate challenges both personally and professionally. Her focus is on practical approaches to manage stress, anxiety, work life balance and life transitions.

Allison has extensive experience providing lectures and trainings to a wide variety of audiences on topics spanning mental health and wellness. She is an accomplished speaker on areas related to mental health in the workplace and supporting colleagues in distress.

Allison completed her Masters of Education, Counselling Psychology for Community Settings at the University of Toronto. She also holds a Masters Certificate in Healthcare Administration from the Schulich School of Business, York University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Addictions Treatment and Prevention from Georgian College.

Sean is an experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience working in mental health and addictions. He is passionate about working with individuals who are struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, occupational injuries, and life’s many transitions.

Sean has extensive experience working with both health professionals and first responders. He also provides onsite support to those impacted by disasters and tragedies, particularly following natural disasters and critical incidents. Sean has an in-depth understanding of how psychotherapy can help individuals manage life’s stressors, as well as how to provide support in the most challenging occupational circumstances.

Sean’s experience in occupational stress and injury has made him a trusted resource for first responders and an in-demand speaker on the impacts of stress in the workplace.
